1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FutureTrack workforce management platform ("Service") provided by Future 2000 Technologies Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, employees, and any other individuals who access the platform.

2. Use of the Service

The FutureTrack platform is designed for legitimate workforce attendance tracking and management purposes only. You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for its intended business purposes
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when recording attendance
  • Keep your login credentials and PIN secure and confidential
  • Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or tamper with attendance records
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Administrator accounts are provisioned by Future 2000 Technologies Inc. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Employee PINs are used to authenticate clock-in and clock-out events. You must set up your PIN on first use and must not share it with others. If you believe your account or PIN has been compromised, you must notify your administrator immediately.

4. Attendance Data

Attendance records generated through the Service are the property of the employing organisation. These records may be used by authorised administrators for:

  • Payroll calculation and processing
  • Workforce scheduling and management
  • Compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Internal reporting and audit purposes

Employees may request to view their own attendance records through their employer or administrator in accordance with applicable employment laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Clocking in or out on behalf of another employee (buddy punching)
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, data, or account
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Harvesting or collecting data from the platform without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

The FutureTrack platform, including its design, software, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Future 2000 Technologies Inc and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your organisation's internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Future 2000 Technologies Inc does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data or reports generated by the platform and recommend that payroll outputs are reviewed by a qualified professional before processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future 2000 Technologies Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
